Payment Policy

We offer two methods of payment for our maintenance services.

     Option 1:  We require a valid credit card to be on file.  Your account will be charged the day after service is performed.  We do not require a contract and maintenance can be cancelled at any time.

     Option 2: If you do not wish to place your credit card on file for payment, we require that all services are paid for in advance or on the day of service.

*If payment is declined for any reason, your account will be placed on hold and no work will be performed until payment is made in full.

Maintenance Packages

     We offer Lawn Mowing and General Maintenance in the form of Seasonal Packages.  If you purchase a Seasonal Maintenance Package, you will receive 10% off our current price.  Any maintenance work can be included in your Package.

     Maintenance packages must be paid for in full at the time of signing. 

*We do not allow cancellation of Seasonal Packages for any reason.

     Any work performed outside of the scope of work in the Maintenance Package will be billed for according to our Payment Policy.

Landscape Design and Installation

     Projects over $1,000:  We require a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount to schedule the work.  A payment of 1/3 of the total amount will be due on the day we begin work on your project.  The final 1/3 will be due within 24 hours of completion of the work.

*You may cancel the project, however, we will not refund the initial deposit.

Projects under $1,000:  We require a deposit of 1/2 of the total amount to schedule the work.  The final 1/2 will be due at the time of completion.
